For Australian customers, please order via our online shop where possible. For International customers, please contact us to discuss your overseas freight options.   


Our preferred payment method is Paypal which offers easy transactions for members and non-members alike. Direct Deposit payments are also accepted but please note that the coffee will not be dispatched until payment is received and Direct Deposits can take at least one day to clear, sometimes longer. Please contact us if you would like to make a purchase and pay via Direct Deposit.


We offer a 'return to base' warranty for all products we sell and aim to comply with Australian Consumer Law. Should you have any concerns with items we sold to you that you believe may be of a warranty nature, please contact us. The 'return to base' warranty term means the return freight to our business premises is the customer's responsibility; we take care of the rest.
